Wow. This is one of those situations where pretty much everybody involved kind of sucks.

Debbie Rowe is seeking $200,000 in attorney’s fees to be paid by Michael Jackson’s estate for the child custody case that occurred after his death.

Admittedly, Katherine Jackson has made disgusting amounts of money off of Michael’s death, so she really COULD pay this amount, but we’re just sickened by both parties involved.

Here’s what Katherine’s attorney, Diane Goodman, stated about the case in court documents:

"…petitioner (Katherine Jackson), contends that the amount of fees requested by Debbie Rowe is not reasonable. Wherefore, Petitioner requests that the petition for Approval for Attorney's Fees be denied if determined by the court to be unreasonable. Other relief be granted that the court deems just and proper."

Going up against Goodman will be Rowe’s attorney, Eric George, who represented Oksana Grigorieva during the beginning stages of her custody battle with MELtdown.

The hearing between these two wonderful individuals is scheduled for September 8.

At least he's owning up to his mistakes!

Chris Klein served 96 hours in jail for his second DUI in June. He was also sentenced to four years probation, fines and an 18-month alcohol education class.

The actor also volunteered to live in a rehab facility for two months, which he has already completed.

"I apologize for my wrongdoing and I really appreciate that the court gave me the opportunity to prove how seriously I took all of this," said Klein to Judge David B. Gelfound on Friday.

Chris will also have an ignition interlock device on his car that prevents the engine from starting if alcohol is detected.

His attorney, Blair Berk, said:

"Chris took immediate responsibility for what he did and has used this experience in such a positive way to get help to confront an addiction to alcohol. He deserves enormous credit for stepping up and getting it done."

Now it's getting real!

T.I. aka Clifford Harris, Jr. has been ordered by his probation officer to return to Atlanta.

The rapper and his wife Tameka Cottle were arrested earlier this week for drug possession in West Hollywood, CA and were released on $10,000 bail each.

T.I. is still on probation after spending six months in jail on gun charges. According to sources, "The probation office is in the process of determining what happened and will make a recommendation regarding Mr. Harris when they have all the facts."

With T.I. being summoned back to Atlanta, things aren't looking good. He just may end up back in jail!!

We can't believe this sad excuse for a father, husband, and human being was actually granted a court date to appeal a ruling by a Los Angeles Superior Court judge last year that denied his request to fire the current executors of Michael Jackson's estate, entertainment lawyer John Branca and music executive John McClain.

Joe Jackson's argument is he was financially dependent on his son, Michael Jackson, while he was alive, therefore he thinks he has the right to dismiss any of the potential executors of his son's estate.

And now a judge has given him a date to fight it out in court - October 6th.

Despicable!

This man is shameless and looks like he'll do ANYTHING for $$$!!
