Kristen Bell: New ‘Burlesque’ Still!

Peep this sultry new still featuring Kristen Bell in her upcoming film Burlesque, in theaters November 24.
The 30-year-old actress will play Nikki, a rival lounge dancer to talented newcomer Ali, played by Christina Aguilera.
Parade magazine recently asked Kristen about finding love with fiance Dax Shepard: “I never loved dating. I think it’s very uncomfortable to put yourself out there and be vulnerable. I’m much more comfortable in a relationship and I’m very happy.”

Kristen Bell Rallies Fans Via Twitter To Get ‘Veronica Mars’ Movie Made

Once again, we can see the effects of social networking sites like twitter! Kristen Bell is rallying fans on twitter to either get Warner Bros to make her old TV show, 'Veronica Mars,' into a movie or to release the rights so she and the 'Veronica Mars' creators can make it independently.

Were you a fan of 'Veronica Mars'? I'd like seeing an adult Veronica Mars :) Kristen also urges fans to check out her new movie, 'You Again,' which makes sense. If she can "carry a movie," then it probably increases the odds of making a 'Veronica Mars' movie.

Veronica Mars Will Not Give Up On Her Movie Dreams

It's been over three years since Veronica Mars has gone off the air and since that time, all Kristen Bell has done is champion for a big screen release.
The problem is, Warner Bros. holds the rights to the franchise and despite the constant pleading and begging from fans Kristen, they still haven't forged ahead with a movie or relinquished control of the rights.
Yesterday, Kristen decided to channel her inner Gossip Girl and blast the Internet to get some supporters. On her Twitter, she posted:
"Mars fans-can we bug @wbpictures & tell em they must do a VM film?? new tactic. bombard em w/tweets, there's evidence of fans they cant ignore.
#veronicamars fans send petitions & any obsessive behavior you have to @wbpictures & demand the film. they see no audience for it? i beg to differ."
It's so unlike a star to be the one fighting for her TV show to go to the big screen that we really hope she gets it done. Maybe it won't make a billion dollars, but when will a studio ever get this kind of dedication from an actress to a project again?
Think about that, WB!

Kristen Bell Dishes On Her Cameo In ‘Scream 4’

Last week we learned that actresses Kristen Bell and Anna Paquin will both be appearing in the upcoming sequel film Scream 4, which is still in filming production in Michigan, and today we get to hear from Kristen herself about the fate of her character in the film. Kristen doesn’t give away too much about what happens in Scream 4 but based on her comments in this Parade interview, I think we can safely assume that she will portray one of the film franchises skewered victims:
On her hush-hush cameo in the upcoming Scream 4.
“I am in the movie, I will say that. I don’t know if I can say much more than that but it’s a really, really fun movie and everyone loves it as much as they did the first one.”Will her character suffer a fate like Drew Barrymore’s in the first flick?
“It doesn’t go down like you think it does. But it was fun doing it, that’s what I’ll say. I loved being a part of the movie.”
HMMMM … well, we do know for sure that Kristen‘s character will die in the film … but how. Many people are guessing that she will be the first victim to go but I’m not so sure. My guess is that Anna Paquin‘s character will be the opening death scene … or maybe it will be both of them at the same time? Scream 4 will not hit movie theaters until next year so speculating right now is a bit pointless. But I’m excited, y’all. I cannot wait to see this film!
