Oksana Grigorieva currently receives around $5,000 a month from Mel Gibson in child support for their baby daughter Lucia. Plus, he also pays for the Sherman Oaks home where Oksana and Lucia live.

But NOW, Oksana is asking for $40,000 a month!! That's almost ten times as much as she's getting now!!

While we think Mel should have no problem giving every dime he has to support his daughter, it does seem like a tough sell for a 9-month-old baby. Especially since Oksana receives "only" $2,500 in child support from actor Timothy Dalton for their 13-year-old son Alexander.

As a source so eloquently put it, "Lifestyle is not an issue for a 9-month-old. Think she knows the difference between a Ford and a Bentley?"

Life & Style reports that 15-year-old Ashley Horn's birth certificate names Michael Lohan as her father!

Ashley's mother Kristi had an affair with Michael in the '90s when he was separated from his wife Dina Lohan. He has denied that he is Ashley's father when they first came forward back in 2008.

Apparently Michael didn't show up for a court hearing in December 2008 so the judge ruled that he could be added to the birth certificate. But Michael said recently, "I'd be glad to take a DNA test!"

Kristi also claims he owes $300,000 in back child support!

As for Ashley Horn, she says of Michael:

"I do not trust him, and I don't want to be around him or part of his life. I could never call Michael Lohan 'Dad.' A dad is a person who is there for you and takes care of you.

"I wanted to help Lindsay in some way, but what was I supposed to do? I don't even know how to contact her."

We have a feeling La Loca probably doesn't want to hear from her father's potential love child, but it's the thought that counts!

After all of the bullshiz, it's finally official!

Sean Penn and Robin Wright have legally ended their marriage, and according to the divorce papers finalized on July 22nd, have reached an agreement regarding child and spousal support, as well as custody of their 17 year old son Hopper Jack, and assets division.

So unfortunate. But hopefully they can both move forward with their lives now.

That seems, um, wrong!

Sources report that Mel Gibson has written a check out to his ex-GF's legal team for $250,000! What's more, we hear Mel has also finally delved into his pockets to cought up the money he owed Oksana Grigorieva for child support, despite the explosive scandal they find themselves in.

So what gives???

Well, as to why Mel is paying for Oksana's representation, we've learned that in civil battles like this one, the court can rile in favor of the opposing party being liable for all attorney fees.

As to why Mel has finally paid his fair share of child support, we're going with an enraged publicist who is desperate to get show Mel has some decency.

Mission not accomplished. We're just happy to be seeing this jerk pay for what he's done again and again and again!
