It would seem that justice is swift in Sin City with District Attorney David Roger at the helm. Most notably, David was the man that finally got O.J. Simpson behind bars after he escaped his notorious murder charges.

Sources close to the good D.A. say that he is not the sort of man to offer a plea bargain deal on a cocaine possession charge, no matter who the person is. The source explains:

“Roger won't tolerate celebrities coming to Las Vegas and thinking they can get away with illegal behavior. It's going to be extremely difficult for Paris to get out of these charges, even with the brilliant legal skills of her lawyer, David Chesnoff.”

Things seem pretty stacked against you, BB! Here's hoping you get some get a lenient jury…or some irrefutable evidence of your innocence!

Joan Rivers recently decided that it's stoopid for male celebrities to come out of the closet, and proved just how old and out of touch she is by arguing her case!

She claims:

"If you’re going to be a romantic idol and try to get every teenage girl to love you, then you’d be an ass to come out and say you’re gay. That’s why Ricky Martin was so smart — he did what he did, he made his millions, and then he said, “Guess what, everybody? I’m gay, I’m having this life, and here are my children.” It didn’t matter anymore because he didn’t have to bring in 16-year-old girls.

If you’re looking at someone who’s your idol, thinking that maybe one day they’ll come ring your doorbell, you don’t want to hear, “There’s no chance in hell, honey, but still buy a ticket to the movie.”

We suppose a fanbase of young gay men looking for a role model just isn't needed by these celebrity idols!

Luckily, Joan is so old at this point that she can just write off everything she says as "Back in my day…" rambles! Let's just hope she sticks to topics she actually knows about next time!
