Forget Fox, Conan O’Brien has just announced that he has signed a deal with TBS to host his own late-night talk show starting this November. Conan first shared the good news on Twitter …

… and then TBS confirmed the news to CNN:

According to a press release sent out by the cable network (which, like CNN, is a unit of Time Warner), the comedian is joining TBS to host a late-night show that is expected to debut in November. O’Brien’s show will be followed on TBS’ schedule by George Lopez’s “Lopez Tonight,” which will move to midnight. “In three months I’ve gone from network television to Twitter to performing live in theater, and now I’m headed to basic cable,” O’Brien said in the statement. “My plan is working perfectly.”

Brilliant move! I think Conan will do very well on TBS and TBS will benefit greatly from having him on board their network. TBS has done a great job with The George Lopez Show, I can only imagine how much better late night ratings will soar once Conan’s show debuts this November. It’s time to celebrate, y’all … Conan O’Brien is coming back to late night! Will you follow his move to TBS and watch him there?

In mid February we learned that hottie actor/musician Jared Leto let photographer Terry Richardson give him a fun new mohawk hair’do. In the weeks that followed, we got to see Jared’s mohawk in action on stage with 30 Seconds to Mars and out in public in London hanging out with old, old friends. Over the weekend, Jared shared a new photo of his newly upgraded mohawk on Twitter:

Woot!! You gotta love a man who can rock a pink mohawk! I looove it!! In order for Jared to go pink, he had to go bleached blonde first. After the jump, check out another photo that Leto posted on Twitter that shows his hair before he took the pink plunge …

Black, blonde, pink … he makes it all look good. It’s a very rare gift to be able to make all these different looks look good but Jared Leto manages just fine. I don’t believe this man will meet a hair’do that he can’t rock. I’m glad he went pink, tho … I hope he keeps it pink for a long time. What do y’all think … do you like?

Twilight co-stars, rumored paramours and confirmed BFFs Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were spotted making their way thru an airport in Budapest, Hungary yesterday lookin’ very much like they did NOT want to be photographed together. Now, it’s not unusual for either young celeb to shun the attention of flashbulbs but it seems especially curious to me that they took such great pains to avoid being photographed … together:

Yeah … I’m sure there is nothing romantic going on here (well, I’m kinda sure) but it seems a bit suspicious that these friends would sneak off to a beautiful city like Budapest together and be all shy about it. It’s not uncommon to see R. Pattz and K. Stew hanging out and traveling together when they are bizzy working on Twilight together but … this is just a random trip to Hungary … together … just the two of them.

HMMM. What do y’all think is going on here? Is this just an innocent trip between BFFs or do you suspect (like I’m kinda starting to) that something more substantial is going on betwixt these two?

New episodes of Glee return tomorrow night with a new ep titled Hell-O (which some lucky folks in LA got to see in full over the weekend at a public premiere screening event that was held at The Grove outdoor shopping center on Saturday evening) and while we are surely excited for that event, we need to also get excited for next week’s new ep of Glee as well. As y’all might already know, next week’s ep is titled The Power of Madonna and will feature all Madonna songs (this particular episode will also come with its very own soundtrack). A few Glee castmembers are featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of TV Guide magazine this week … each of them is decked out in a different incarnation of Madonna. Here is our first look at the cover of TV Guide and some quotes from the accompanying interview:

On her early memories of Madonna, Lea Michele remembers attending Madonna’s Drowned World Tour three times and styling her hair like Miss Ciccone when attending Bat Mitzvahs. Matthew Morrison recalls: “I wasn’t a big fan of Madonna; never got into it.” “As a heterosexual guy, she didn’t have much impact on my life.” Chris Colfer: “I was not allowed to listen to Madonna when I was younger.” “My mother and grandmother had all the CDs but didn’t want me to hear about sex.” Mark Salling grew up in a strict Christian home in the South: “Madonna was considered the she-devil.” Jane Lynch recalls: “sitting at a bar all drunk on Long Island ice teas watching her ‘Material Girl’ video and thinking, ‘How Ballsy.’ “

Oh man … I’m thinkin’ this Madonna ep of Glee will go down as one of THE biggest episodes of any TV show this entire year … it’s that good. Because I was lucky enough to receive a preview screener of the ep, I’ve already watched it 6 times … it’s such a great ep! And this issue of TV Guide looks almost as fun as the episode itself. I am dying for all y’all to see this ep … but, first we have an entirely NEW ep of Glee to enjoy tomorrow night. Ahhh … it’s too much fun to handle!!
